NUTRITION

Switching to a vegetarian diet requires preparation. We knew beforehand that we would need to eat foods that contained protein and iron, which we used to get from eating meat. However, there are lots of other elements that we didn't know our bodies needed, like zinc, fats and vitamins. Doing the research about nutrition was essential, and we found out that there are so many non-meat foods that could feed us what we needed. So here is some simple information to help you through your vegetarian transition.
